Andreas Karamalikis

Andreas Karamalikis is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant role in London, driven to achieve the 2030 Climate Challenges.

He has gathered 3 years of work experience with the main focus on energy-efficient residential design from concept to technical detailing.

He holds a MSc. Arch. from the Technical University Berlin and a BSc. Arch. from the Bauhaus of Weimar (both 1st class honours equiv.)

In his master thesis, he investigated together with his colleague Kenan Melhem, a methodology of inscribing the notion of resilience into the architectural typology. The theoretical framework was then field-tested on a 70ha large new neighbourhood in Berlin.
