At Ackroyd Lowrie, we are currently looking for an Associate Director to join our medium-sized practice of 24 talented creatives, leading a team on innovative and thought-provoking projects alongside our two founding directors in our East London Office.
In the last year, the practice has doubled in size and we have plenty of projects and a strong pipeline of work. While this is a fortunate position to be in and we have ambitious plans to grow and create beautiful projects, the two founding directors need a strong team leader and project runner to join them as part of the management team.
In this position, we have the team framework in place and you will have full autonomy to run your own projects through all RIBA stages from design to practical completion with the support of the directors.
This is a key role for the practice and this is a chance for you to join us at a pivotal time and be part of our journey. We will be reviewing applications this week with a view to start interviews as soon as possible for this permanent position.
Salary is open-minded based on your ability, skillset and experience.
