    Description

Ackroyd Lowrie are working with a long term client to redevelop this Victorian Industrial building in Caledonian Road to create state of the art Co- working and Photography space. The works include the installation of a mezzanine around a central atrium which will allow daylight into all workspaces. The brief for Ackroyd Lowrie was to insert modern facilities into a historic shell whilst highlighting the beauty and elegance of the original building.

The project also includes the creation of a 60 person restaurant and roof terrace that will serve the co-working space.

The project is currently on site, and is set for completion in 2020.
