Nisha Anwar is a graduate of BSc Architecture from University of East London with a First Class and currently working at a firm in Pakistan. During her studies at UEL, she won a RIBA East London ‘Best of Part 1’ Award, Portfolio Award as well as a nomination for the AJ Student Prize.
She worked as an Intern for the Relational States of Dalston, a research project exhibited in London Design Fair.
Additionally, she has two years of practical experience at a design firm in Karachi where she was involved in various phases, from floor plans to finishing schedules, of projects ranging from residential to community.
She is looking for opportunities in Architecture and Interior Design globally and is also open to remote working opportunities.
Nisha's final year design project at University of East London was a Community Barn. It was located adjacent to a community garden in Quinta Da Malgueira, a social housing project in Portugal.
It aimed to expand and support the existing activities of the site thereby improving the communal and civic life of the area and its residents.
